Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package through our carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, where applicable, send a replacement or issue a refund. Incorrect Address

Please double check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately and we can only make changes before the order has shipped.

Holiday Shipping

During peak holiday seasons such as Christmas and Easter, processing and delivery times may be slightly longer. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery of your gifts.
