We create stories that bring realscriptures to life for families

Simple, honest, tender scripture stories to teach the reality of  God’s love

We started writing stories during Sunday naptime.

Those stories grew into a book. And that book grew into another. And it’s growing still. We want our kids to love scripture stories. Not because they should. But because scripture stories are beautiful stories full of profoundly human characters trying to do and be good in a complex world.

More than anything, we want our children to know that these stories teach about God’s love, which was as present in ancient times as it is now. These stories are real stories about real people who love a real God. And the God they love is deeply good.

What we believe

Storytime is sacred time. When told well, stories can be a space for connecting parents and children, humans and God.

Scripture stories should be real: even difficult stories should be told honestly, but compassionately.

The humans in scripture are really human—they’re messy, imperfect, and loved.

God so loves the world and its people, even when they are very flawed.
